Northview’s Social Club
. . . is a loving “people-to-people” ministry for mentally challenged adults in the Hollins area. Started 10 years ago, Social Club meets the 2nd Sunday of the month at 12:15 pm.
Following lunch, there are various activities, including games, music groups, and other entertainment at the church, as well as trips to see a Red Sox game, play Putt-Putt, go bowling, or visit a local attraction. Volunteers provide one-on-one interaction with members.
Social Club membership is limited to 25, and there are currently spaces available for new members.
Transportation is provided for those living within the Hollins/North Roanoke area. It is not handicap accessible.
